ENTRY PROCEDURE (Bring copies)
BEFORE SHOW - Copy registration papers and membership cards (if novice, both sides). Complete your master forms for each horse & print it out (Info MUST match papers and membership cards EXACTLY [no nicknames, etc.)or AQHA won't accept your entry.

AT SHOW - To ENTER - Turn in your Master entry forms, the copies of horse's papers and exhibitors membership cards as well as an open signed check to the entry booth. (If someone reserved your stall or you're with a trainer, be sure to write it on your form.) RESPONSIBLE PERSON - EVERY master form must have the responsible person's signature, phone number & email.

Entry forms are uploaded in Word format. Please page set-up with .3 margins. You may handwrite the information or type into the forms.
Also loaded as Adobe file, you have to handwrite information in these forms.
AQHA MASTER HORSE FORM One form for EACH HORSE
Print out and complete with information EXACTLY as on Registration Papers and Membership Cards.

We're kind to your pocketbook! Lots of fun, door prizes, 4-H and Washington Co Fair Resident classes as well as those for any breed - several with jackpots! Food by Lucky Leathers 4-H Club.
Just 45 minutes north of Louisville KY (I-65 Hamburg/Salem exit). 30 minutes off of I-65 west at Scottsburg/Salem exit. 40 minutes north of I-64, Corydon exit. 		Watch for our 2012 showbill!

In addition to AQHA Classes we have our FAMOUS Jackpot Walk-Jog! Lead-line and Walk-Jog for riders 10 & under. Open to any breed classes (great warm ups for AQHA classes). Competition for the All Around Awards is heated! Many try - who will win? 2009 had 280, 2010 had 245 entries in the AQHA classes!
Come back to having fun (just ask anyone who has attended), park in the shade, enjoy good food at inexpensive prices by the Lucky Leathers 4-H Club. 		Watch here for Showbill!

DIRECTIONS TO SHOWS

SALEM Indiana
From Indianapolis: I-65 South - exit at Scottsburg/Salem Hwy 56. Go West on Hwy 56. Turn LEFT at Hwy 60/135S/Main St. At town square, go 3/4 around and exit right on E Market St. Fairgrounds is on the left at the bottom of the hill.

From Louisville: I-65 North take Exit 7-Salem. Follow signs approx 26 miles on Hwy 60. This T's at SR 135 in Salem-turn right. At town square go 1/4 way around exiting on E Market St. Fairgrounds on left at foot of hill.

From I-64: Exit 105 (Corydon) and go North on SR 135 (Construction has been completed - SR 135 open from Corydon to Salem!) for approximately 28 miles. At the Salem town square, go 1/4 way around exiting onto E Market St. At the foot of the hill Fairgrounds Show Arena is on the left.
